tERMS OF SERVICE

By accepting this agreement, you agree to the following if you are purchasing a custom rifle or products from our store:

1) If you are purchasing a custom rifle , you approve all options and customizations that you’ve selected. You understand that we will build your rifle to the specifications and with the options that you have selected and verified via email.
2) To purchase a custom rifle, you’ll pay a 50% deposit right now, and the remaining balance will be due before the final rifle is sent to you. The final invoice will include the remaining 50% balance due, and any applicable taxes relating to the FFL shipping location that you provide to King Hill Gun Company for delivery. The final invoice amount may be paid by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or debit/credit card. If you elect to pay the final invoice via credit card, a 3% charge will be added to the final invoice. King Hill Gun Company will contact you to arrange for final invoice payment. Store purchases will be paid in full at the time of order, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
3) You understand that custom rifles generally take 4 months to build and send.
4) If you cancel your rifle order before it is completed, you will be refunded 50% of that deposit - which is 25% of the cost of the package. Custom ordered rifle package deposits are non-refundable.
